INJECTION MOLDED PARTS – MATERIAL MIX IN INJECTION

INJECTION PARTS COMBINED – USE MATERIAL ADVANTAGES AFTER USE

In addition to our elastic components, we also manufacture classic injection-molded parts, or thermoplastic molded parts, from ASA, PP, HDPE, POM, PA6, PA6.6. and Our composites, glass fiber or carbon reinforced plastics, offer excellent mechanical properties and are high strength with very low weight. That makes them ideal for e-cars. In addition to our rubber and TPE molded parts, we have the in-house technology of working directly in multi-component injection molding or pre-spraying inserts to insert them into the vulcanization tools. Thus, we have full control over the material mix of the molded parts and the often tight tolerances. Material pairings such as EPDM + PA6.6 or TPE + PP have been manufactured by us for years. Our customers appreciate our advice regarding the optimal material combinations.

Injection molded parts

Classic injection-molded parts or 2-component injection-molded parts paired with our knowhow for the development and manufacture of seals. Our products often include multiple items that form an assembly and are custom packaged. Since each item has a different tolerance and everything must work smoothly in the shoring, it is very important that one hand knows what the other is doing. With our high-precision injection molding tools and component-specific developments, we ensure coordinated injection-molded parts that work in the long term.

Thermoplastic insert

Thermoplastic inserts, which are used for later encapsulation with EPDM or TPE, are important components in modern sealing systems. They provide partial stiffening, stability and fastening aids

Thermoplastic clips

Clips play a very important role in the secure and quick attachment of gasket components to the body. Therefore, it is important to use a clip that meets the high demands (e.g., holding force, assembly, disassembly) of our customers.
