In addition to our elastic components, we also manufacture classic injection-molded parts, or thermoplastic molded parts, from ASA, PP, HDPE, POM, PA6, PA6.6. and Our composites, glass fiber or carbon reinforced plastics, offer excellent mechanical properties and are high strength with very low weight. That makes them ideal for e-cars. In addition to our rubber and TPE molded parts, we have the in-house technology of working directly in multi-component injection molding or pre-spraying inserts to insert them into the vulcanization tools. Thus, we have full control over the material mix of the molded parts and the often tight tolerances. Material pairings such as EPDM + PA6.6 or TPE + PP have been manufactured by us for years. Our customers appreciate our advice regarding the optimal material combinations.
